- The service provider is Fiscal Clarity Solutions Inc., a company registered in British Columbia, Canada. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement.
- The services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction or redistribution of the platform's content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
§ 2. Definitions
- Platform – The online educational platform at fiscalclarity.com, operated by Fiscal Clarity Solutions Inc.
- User – Any individual who creates an Account and uses the Services provided by the Platform.
- Account – A personalized user profile created during registration, allowing access to the Platform's Services.
- Services – All educational content, tools, templates, and support provided to the User through the Platform.
- Regulations – This document, outlining the terms and conditions for using the Platform and its Services.
§ 3. Type and Scope of Services Provided
- The Platform provides paid access to a library of video courses, articles, and downloadable templates related to personal and family finance management. The scope of access depends on the User's subscription plan.
- Services are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

- If any provision of these Regulations is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- For any matters not covered by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of Canadian law shall apply.
